Internship - Public Health

The Programme 

This position works from our offices in Woodmead for the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division, who are responsible for life saving diagnostic tests across Africa, focusing on diseases such as HIV, TB and other infectious diseases. 
 
The Public Health Intern would be responsible for reading and analyzing data, Country operational plans, Global Fund request forms and National Strategic Plans for each of the countries in the region. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Must have a tertiary qualification in Public Health (either undergrad or post grad) – no other qualification will be considered. 
  • The ideal candidate would have little to no work experience, as this is an internship.
  • Must not have done a formal internship previously.
