About Accenture Incubator Internship Program (IIP):

The Accenture Incubator Internship Program offers university students an in-depth look at business consulting within Accenture Song, Strategy & Consulting, and Technology. This 3-month program provides practical training, mentorship, and the chance to work on a wide range of real-life projects. You will have opportunity to build on your soft skills and consulting capabilities through challenges and problem solving, primes you on the route to secure a future graduate career with our Accenture team, delivering end-to-end transformation solutions and creating client-centric 360° value.

Come Join Us if You Are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a domestic or overseas institutions with an expected graduation date between January 1, 2027 to August 31, 2027.
• Majors from all disciplines are welcome; preferred backgrounds include business administration, computer science, economics, data science, statistics, and related fields.
• Familiar with and eager to learn cutting-edge business and technology evolution, with a desire to develop and deepen skills in consulting.
• Possessing strong presentation skills, able to clearly communicate complex concepts.
• Equipped with strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in professional growth and learning.
• Enjoying being part of a community of enthusiastic individuals, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas to help teams achieve their goals.
• Demonstrating a proven ability to adapt and overcome obstacles to deliver results, with the courage and flexibility to undertake work responsibilities across different projects or locations.
• Available for a 3-month full-time internship period from June to August 2026.
