Build data and AI strategy, architecture and operating model blueprints, business case and roadmap to identify opportunities where AI can be leveraged to create competitive advantage and solve complex challenges to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Full-time students graduating from domestic or overseas institutions between January 1,2025 and August 31,2026 

• Majors from any discipline are welcome; business analysis, economics, data analysis, computer science, statistics, mathematics and engineering related majors and backgrounds are preferred. 

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).  

• Digitally savvy, curious and passionate about technology; familiarity with cutting-edge technology and business information, with a desire to develop and deepen skills in consulting.  

• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills, with a desire to develop and deepen skills in consulting. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with different people, effectively articulating ideas to help teams or workgroups achieve their goals.  

• Proven ability to adapt, overcome obstacles to achieve and deliver results, with the courage and flexibility to undertake work responsibilities in different projects/locations.
