Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. Advise organizations on how to improve their software engineering operations to increase productivity and/or establish innovative software engineering practices. Coach organizations in the design of new software solutions and the modernization and integration of existing technology systems.

Enterprise Platform Advisory

Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Delivery Lead & Business Architecture

Translate business requirements into technology solutions. Implement transformational technology projects. Lead the end-to-end delivery or a component of delivery for a contract, to meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments. Drive follow-on work by up-selling and or cross-selling the contract.

Data Engineering, Management & Governance

Make data accessible by building systems that collect, organize, manage and store raw data. Convert data into available, accurate, and usable information that can be interpreted by others.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Full-time students graduating from domestic or overseas institutions between January 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026 
• Majors from any discipline are welcome; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or System, Data, Business, Science, Mathematics, and Engineering backgrounds will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).  
• Tech-savvy – interested in the latest technology.
• Effective communication – listen to & accurately capture others’ ideas, feedback & concerns; articulate ideas in a clear & engaging manner.
• High learning agility – assimilate information & learn new techniques & methodologies quickly; enjoy learning.
• Outcome-focused – seek to understand the broader team priorities/goal & align own work to them.
• Flexible and adaptable – flexible to work on different projects/locations and accommodate clients with travel requirements. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity & resilient when facing change & uncertainty.

Nice to have (for Technology Architecture & Software Engineering Advisory):

• Hands-on experience in application development and design, technical document writing.
• Knowledge of frontend/ Backend integration with cloud platform deployment, Automation, CI/CD, Data, Blockchain, Security etc.
• Application Development language – e.g. Kotlin/ Swift/ React Native/ JAVA/ JavaScript
• Knowledge/ experience in development projects that are delivered in Agile/Scrum, DevOps.
