About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Hydrogeologist to join our team in Perth, where you will be an integral part of our established Geoscience and Remediation Services (GRS) team. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of environmental engineers, scientists, hydrogeologists, and geologists to support a variety of projects across sectors such as oil and gas, mining, the Department of Defence, and public services.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Undertake field programs across regional WA, including drilling oversight, groundwater monitoring, soil and groundwater sampling, and pumping tests.
• Support groundwater assessments, licensing, and regulatory reporting, contributing to technical documentation and proposals.
• Develop conceptual hydrogeological models and interpret environmental and geoscientific datasets.
• Work closely with internal multi-disciplinary teams while liaising with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Requirements for Success

• Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science or similar
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
