The Programme 

We are seeking a Graduate Specialist to join our Stakeholder Management team, based in Abu Dhabi.  
 
This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills in stakeholder engagement and project management within a corporate environment. 

What You Will Do 

• Assist in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies. 
• Support the coordination of stakeholder meetings, events, and communications. 
• Contribute to the creation of stakeholder reports, presentations, and other materials. 
• Help maintain and update stakeholder databases and CRM systems. 
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on stakeholder initiatives. 
• Participate in project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of stakeholder-related projects. 
• Support the development of internal and external communication materials.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement activities.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited University. 
• Candidates must be 2025, 2024or 2023 graduates. 
• Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
