Applications for our APRA Graduate Program are now open

APRA is now accepting applications for the  2027 Graduate Program. 

Our Graduate Program is one of the most in-depth and diverse in the financial services industry. Working specifically with the Insurance, Superannuation & Banking sector to understand and manage these entities risks to support stabilty in the financial sector. 

Our 16-month program will jump start your career as a finance professional and provide you with an unparalleled view of the Australian financial sector. Through three rotations, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teams such as frontline supervision, risk, policy and advice, or data analytics. The program also includes an in-depth learning and development program that will help grow your technical and professional skills. 

Your employment offer is a permanent, ongoing offer from day one. Following the 16-month structured graduate program you will be placed into a team that aligns to your developing capabilities and interest. 

Placements are available in our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.

Graduate Program eligibility 

You are welcome to apply to the APRA Graduate Program if you have:

• Australian citizenship (at the time of submitting this application). New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency NOT eligible.
• Completed your Bachelor degree prior to the end of 2026
• Completed an undergraduate degree in the past 4 years 
• Open to all qualification, with a number of graduates coming from disciplines across STEM, Economics, Econometrics, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Business, Arts, Accounting or Data Analytics. We also have an Technology stream, looking for graduates with IT, AI, Cyber security qualifications. 
• The ability to work from our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne office
