Commencing in March each year, the program is primarily based at AWIโs head office in Sydney. Graduates gain exposure across all areas of the business, including On-Farm Research and Development, Processing and Product Innovation, Education and Extension, Woolgrower Consultation and Engagement, Global Marketing, Sustainability, Digital, Measurement and Evaluation, and Business Services.
A standout feature of the program is the opportunity to take part in 2 international rotations. Graduates gain global exposure by visiting key supply chain hubs across Asia and Europe. In addition, the program includes ongoing professional development to support long-term career growth within the industry.
