You’ll join a collaborative team that works closely with our consultants to translate complex work into clear, high‑impact stories and campaigns that grow our brand and client pipeline.
The opportunity
This is a hands‑on graduate role for someone who loves creating content, trying new ideas and measuring what works. You’ll help plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns that amplify our consultants’ work and our clients’ success across manufacturing, tech, primary industries and more.
What you’ll do
- Define and publish on‑brand content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts, short videos, graphics, stories).
- Work with our inhouse fulltime Graphic Designer to develop creatives and ideas
- Build and schedule email campaigns; maintain lists, segments and basic nurture flows.
- Update the website (news, case studies, landing pages)
- Manage our paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Bing
- Support webinars/events: landing pages, invitations, reminder flows, post‑event summaries.
- Track performance across web, social and email; compile monthly dashboards and insights.
- Partner with consultants to shape client case studies and thought‑leadership pieces.
- Keep our content library organised and our brand consistent across every touchpoint.
About you
- Recent graduate (or graduating this year) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Clear, concise writer with strong attention to detail and a feel for brand voice.
- Comfortable with basic analytics (GA4, native social insights) and eager to learn.
- Organised multi‑tasker who can move projects forward with stakeholders and deadlines.
- Curious, proactive and ready to test, learn and iterate.
Nice to have (not essential)
- Experience with marketing automation/email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar).
- Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML.
- Exposure to B2B or professional services marketing.
- Experience with online marketing campaigns.
