About BDO
At BDO Australia, our why is ‘empowering people, realising possibilities’. One way we bring this to life is by hiring and developing exceptional talent, to deliver on our wide array of audit, tax and advisory services.
About the Role
Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Auditor within our Audit team, commencing January 2027.
Audit helps businesses, investors, lenders and regulators make decisions with confidence. Auditors review financial information, assess business processes and test controls to help ensure organisations are operating effectively and reporting accurately.
As an Audit Graduate, you'll work directly with clients to understand how their organisations operate, review financial information and contribute to audits across a variety of industries. You'll gain valuable insight into different business models, build strong professional relationships and develop skills that will support your career long-term.
Why Choose Audit?
Want to understand how businesses really work? Audit gives you a front-row seat.
Many people assume Audit is just about checking numbers, but it's much broader than that. To perform an audit effectively, you need to understand how a business operates, what drives its performance, the risks it faces and how key decisions are made.
One of the biggest advantages of starting your career in Audit is the variety of experience you'll gain. You'll work with organisations across different industries, visit client offices and sites, and build relationships with people at every level of a business.
