But more than that, we’re here to power communities, support local businesses and keep critical services running smoothly, we’re essential to them all – and none of this happens without our people.
As Victorians electrify everything from homes to transport, we’re focused on ensuring our networks are ready to meet that demand.

About the role - What’s our Graduate Program about?
We are looking for curious minds across the fields of Electrical and Mechatronics Engineering to join us in February 2027 and ultimately help us shape the electricity network of the future.
Our award-winning graduate program enables our graduates to experience the varied engineering opportunities that exist across our business. You will be connected to industry leaders, contribute to innovative projects, and help transform our industry.
Over the three-year program you will undertake five specialised rotations, and have opportunities to attend graduate development events, developing wider business and industry knowledge as part of a truly immersive experience. Graduate rotations are available across key areas of our business, including Network Planning, Asset Management, Design, Operations, Commissioning and Project Management.
You will shape your own journey and be fully supported along the way by a mentor, a holistic graduate program, your managers and team leaders, and other graduates in our businesses.
We will work with you throughout the program to help you identify your preferred engineering career pathway. At the end of the program, you will join a team in a role that best matches your skills and career interests with business requirements and opportunities.
