What You Will Do

Technical: 

• Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved. 
• Assist management in creating product training/introduction materials. 
• Research technical topics according to mentor's guidance. 
• Collaborating with Marcom team to prepare and set up internal training, event, workshop, exhibition.

Pre-sales:

• Provide technical assistant for customers to support design, tender clarification, and spec-in Bosch product into project. 
• Introducing Bosch Security System Video products to System Integrator, Designer, A&E firms, End Users. 
• Support technical manager to conduct product demo & PoC, product & solution presentation to customer.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period, 3rd/4th year student with major in Information/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Technical/Business or relevant background. 
• No working experience required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
• Good team working spirit, Future-focused, Result-oriented, Can-do attitude, willing to learn & develop. 
• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with a stamp from their university. 
• Working from Monday to Friday, flexible working hours.
