In the yearlong graduate program, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then depending on your skill set you’ll be off doing project work – it could be software development if that’s your jam, or organisational change management or business analysis if that’s what your skills are aligned to. The company has a global workforce of over 350,000 people who help our clients solve their most complex business and technology challenges. You’ll be on real projects doing real things to contribute, however our program team will be there to help you thrive!
