Clear Objective is the sole owner and developer of Clear Enterprise, a fully integrated ERP solution designed for medium-sized businesses.

Based in the Brisbane CBD, Clear Objective's operations include the complete scope of ERP software delivery from software development, project management, customisation, application delivery to ongoing support.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to kickstart their career in ERP consulting and support.

This role will provide the foundation for professional growth focusing on financials and supply chain management.

About The Role

Clear Objective is a whole-of-business solution provider, so you will be participating in the onboarding/implementation of the software plus ongoing solution support and maintenance. Additionally, as your skills and experience develop, you will be involved in preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations of our software. The position is an in-office and on customer site role with flexibility for ad hoc personal commitments. 

Key Responsibilities

Solutions Consulting:

• Solution scoping
• Facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements 
• Business process mapping
• Requirements and design documentation
• Software installation
• Configuration / data conversion
• Mentoring / training of Customer staff
• Customisation, which can include: 
  • Customisation of software using workflow and scripting tools 
  • Report Writing
• Troubleshooting processes, functional and data issues
• System Testing

Customer Engagement

• Pre-sales activity to deliver specialist solution knowledge to prospective Customers including software demonstrations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and solutions extensions for existing Customers

Clear Objective’s customers and prospects are currently throughout Australia and New Zealand. Travel will be required.

About You

This is not a role for those who believe that every day should be predictable. On any given day you might be working on a project onboarding a new customer business, resolving issues for an existing customer, delivering training on-site, or via the web, or even planning the next new software enhancement. 

Our Business Solutions Consultants are critical to our success… they understand our software completely and how our customers use it in their business. They contribute from our first engagement with a prospect and right through our customers’ implementation and beyond.

In this role you will be working with business owners and the people they trust to deliver true business solutions.

You need to be able to understand:

• Their business and specific issues
• Their roles and processes within the business
• Their industry

and work effectively with them and other Clear Objective team members to tailor and deliver a business solution that encompasses both software and business processes. 

Ideally, you will already have some experience, qualifications or aspirations in:

• Accounting or commercial management
• Using or managing ERP or other business solutions
• Business process analysis/design
• Business management
• Warehousing, manufacturing or logistics
• IT or software engineering

Your success will be dependent on your ability to engage effectively and efficiently with customers and prioritise your time and effort, and engage internal support to assist you.
