The Programme

Colgate-Palmolive is currently recruiting a Process Engineering Graduate Trainee, based in Boksburg.  
 
During the Graduate Program, the graduate will be exposed to different core functions of Process Engineering. 
 
It is imperative that candidates have either a university Diploma or Degree, and they should ideally have graduated by July 2024.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent analytical and math skills. 
• Good report writing and presentations skills. 
• Ability to persuade others to change existing practices. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems. 
• Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations. 
• Computer literacy relating to proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP & Sketches.
