As part of Australia’s largest bank, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation- using data to shape the future of our business. You’ll learn how to transform complex data into compelling stories and design experiences for our customers using the power of AI and analytics.

You’ll work with leading‑edge technology to build and refine quantitative and predictive models, uncover powerful insights, and support smarter decision‑making across the Group.

Throughout the program, you’ll grow your technical capability using tools like SQL, Python, AWS, and Teradata, and explore how AI-powered data solutions can drive smarter, more efficient ways of working. By working with large-scale, complex datasets, you’ll deliver actionable insights that lead to meaningful outcomes for our customers - and real impact for the business.

Our 12–18-month Advanced Analytics program with 2-3 rotations, means you’ll:

• Gain access to world-class technical and development resources through workshops and hands on experiences to help you expand your skills;

• Drive sustainable performance by providing forward-looking insights to help the organisation anticipate outcomes and make informed, proactive decisions.

Throughout the Program, you’ll gain broad exposure across the Advanced Analytics spectrum. 

You’ll commence with an Advanced Analytics Bootcamp, then apply techniques like exploratory data analysis and machine learning to tackle real customer challenges. By identifying opportunities and guiding strategic improvements across products, customer experiences and operations, your work will help drive sustainable performance and smarter, data-led outcomes. You’ll build your customer, product and risk skillset and mindset. 

You’ll be part of a team where scientific thinking, advanced statistical methods, and commercial acumen come together to deliver meaningful results.

And this is just the beginning. Completing the Graduate Program sets you up for success, where you can continue to grow your career in one of our many diverse and dynamic Advanced Analytics teams, with career pathways spanning Retail Banking Services, Financial Services or Risk.

If this sounds like you, and you are:

• A permanent resident of Australia (please note, this does not include bridging visas while awaiting permanent residency or 820 visa holders), or citizen of Australia or New Zealand at the time of your application.
• In your final year of your overall university degree, or have completed your final subjects within the last 24 months and;
• Have achieved at least a credit average minimum in your degree;
• Sydney based, or willing to relocate to Sydney for the program;
