Our Product Management Graduate Programs operate within two dynamic business units: Retail Banking Services and Business Banking.
Product Management – Retail Banking Services (Sydney)
Our Retail Banking Services Product Management Program is a 12-18 month program with two to three diverse rotations, designed to build skills across product management strategy, digital banking and product design. As a graduate, you'll play a crucial role in implementing valuable changes that directly impact our customers and the products they use daily. This includes their savings accounts, home loans, personal loans, credit cards and investment products. You’ll gain insight into how products are shaped from idea through to delivery, including how customer needs, data and design thinking inform product decisions and experiences. The program offers a unique view into how strategic decisions are made and how products evolve to enhance customer experience and financial wellbeing.
Product Management – Business Banking (Sydney)
You’ll rotate across three teams over the 12-15 month Business Banking Product Management Graduate Program. You’ll receive direct exposure to the development of new propositions, product lifecycle management and uplifting our customer experiences. At the end of your program, you can expect to successfully transition into a challenging role across teams such as: Health, Payments, Everyday Business Banking, Business Lending and Analytics, Data and Decision Science.
We also welcome applicants with an interest in product design and customer experience, including backgrounds in industrial design or similar disciplines, who are interested in applying human-centred design in a commercial product environment.
