About The Role

As the Sales & Marketing Graduate, you will join a supportive and experienced commercial team within a large industrial organisation. This role offers hands‑on exposure to marketing, sales operations, customer engagement, and commercial processes, providing a strong foundation for a long‑term career in sales and account management.

You will support the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations, reporting, and data analysis while developing an understanding of our products, markets, and pricing structures. Through structured training and mentoring, you will build strong communication, relationship‑building, and commercial skills, with clear progression opportunities as you grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in the graduate programme designed to provide a comprehensive exposure to all operational aspects of the company. 
• Visiting selected customers with customer account managers. 
• Reviewing pricing and preparing quotations for selected customers. 
• Providing sales administration support to the Sales & Marketing team. 
• Gathering, summarising and  analysing sales and market data. 
• Maintaining and updating price lists and schedules. 
• Dealing with customer enquiries. 

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Good computer skills in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word. 
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrated understanding of customer relationships. 
• Demonstrated detail-orientation, with ability to organise and prioritise. 
• Ability to understand basic chemistry and technical concepts.
• Ability to relate to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 
• Ability to understand financial and accounting principles.
