2025 Summer Internship – Creative Marketing - Communication

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring a couple of Interns for Creative Marketing (Art-based / Copy- based).  

What You Will Do

For Copy-based:

  • Copywriting, content development and revision across all internal and external communication assets for our brand and campaigns, including news articles, campaign taglines, master copy, manifesto, content for banners, product descriptions, landing pages, TVC/video scripts, presentation write-ups, proof-reading and back translation.
  • Developing creative ideas and brainstorming with the team.
  • Helping with other projects assigned by the manager or other copywriter. 

For Art-based:

  • Developing creative layouts and artwork for marketing campaigns and a variety of internal and external creative projects.
  • Applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects including key visuals, presentation decks, OOH, print ads, digital assets, storyboards, photoshoot, video shooting and production.
  • Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns based on brand guidelines.
  • Developing creative ideas and brainstorming with the team.
  • Helping with other projects assigned by the manager or related parties. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in any disciplines, preferred for major in Design/ Communication /Journalism/ Marketing Advertising or Chinese / Chinese literature.
  • Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro OR Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
  • Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
  • Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
