The Programme

What You Will Do

• Manage and handle all forms of incoming enquiries and comments received from different sources in a well-organized manner.
• Ensure all incoming cases are prioritized and managed in terms of urgency for efficient and effective handling.
• Work with other lines of business to maintain a consistent Guest Service standard. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Current university students graduating in or after 2025, Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, Communication or other related disciplines.
• Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
• Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
• Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
