What You Will Do 

• Lead Industrial Engineering projects and initiatives. 
• Provide analytical decision-making support on daily operations. 
• Identify opportunities in the workplace to improve efficiency and Guest and Cast satisfaction. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Sciences or other related disciplines. 
• Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney. 
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua. 
• Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR. 
• Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025. 
• Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
