As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to captivating rotations in the following functions:  

• Trade Marketing. 
• Key Account Management.  
• Client Relationship Management. 
• Business Development. 

This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with a holistic understanding of our operations while fostering your growth and development in the industry.  

Application Period: December 2, 2024 - March 2, 2025. 
Written Test & Group Discussion: April 2025. 
Psychometric Test & Interview: May 2025. 
Program Commencement: July 2025. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or above. 
• Passionate to work in FMCG and its products.  
• Previous internships from other FMCG companies would be desirable.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.   
• Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability.   
• An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment.
