The Programme

Have you recently graduated or will graduate in 2025 and want to fast track your career with us?  

Then keep reading to see what you can experience during our 18-month program which commences in July 2025. 

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our core business units in HEC across a number of core functions and be exposed to captivating rotations in the following areas the below:  

• Sales. 
• Marketing.  
• Medical & Trade Channels.  

In addition to this, you will gain exposure to different functions & channels which will provide a solid roadmap for you to become a capable Manager after 18 months.  

Application Period: December 2, 2024 - March 2, 2025. 
Written Test & Group Discussion: April 2025. 
Psychometric Test & Interview: May 2025. 
Program Commencement: July 2025. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• A Science related Bachelor’s degree. 
• Passionate to work in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry.   
• Previous internships from other Pharma companies would be desirable.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
• Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability.  
• An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment.   
• Ability to converse in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
