The Programme

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Developing a deep understanding of our products and services. 
• Receiving and forwarding service calls from customers across multiple channels. 
• Coordinating and managing service and inspection reports. 
• Providing quotes to customers for service activities. 
• Managing opportunities and updating status in the CRM system. 
• Crafting and processing sales orders from initiation to revenue recognition. 
• Coordinating with the Finance team for VAT invoicing and service order AR tracking. 
• Collaborating with the supply chain team to check availability and lead times for service parts. 
• Handling order entry and daily reporting within the ERP system. 
• Ensuring compliance with International Trade Compliance (ITC) standards for all service activities.

Performing various analysis and reporting tasks, including:

• Weekly backlog reports for trade orders. 
• KOB3, utilization, and safety checklist reports. 
• Master GP analysis and ROCC reports. 
• Supporting the service forecast report and aiding in binding and translating catalogues and operating manuals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. 
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are welcome). 
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals. 
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English. 
• An encouraging and proactive approach. 
• An analytical approach is preferred.
