About the Role

This is a diverse role combining customer service, digital marketing, and eCommerce support. Every day is different, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop a broad range of business skills.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms 
• Create EDM (Email Marketing) campaigns using Klaviyo 
• Update product information, images and descriptions on our website and online marketplaces 
• Contact influencers, content creators and media agencies regarding collaboration opportunities 
• Assist with advertising campaigns and marketing projects 
• Report marketing activities and project progress to the Director/Manager 

Customer Service

• Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media 
• Reply to Google Reviews and customer feedback promptly and professionally 
• Assist customers visiting our showroom 
• Ensure our showroom and product displays are clean, organized and well presented 
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service 

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident and enjoys helping people 
• Creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Organized with strong attention to detail 
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks 
• Comfortable using social media platforms professionally 
• Willing to learn new systems and marketing tools 
• Positive, proactive and enjoys working as part of a small team
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite 

Skills & Experience (preferred but not essential):

• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing 
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or other eCommerce platforms 
• Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
