The Programme

We are excited to present the opportunity to join our esteemed Ericsson team as a Support Engineer.  
 
In this role Support Engineer doing troubleshoots and resolves problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks, integrating different nodes and solutions in both new and existing customer networks.  
 
This position typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. 
 
You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with internal colleagues as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson.  
 
The role often requires you to take on significant responsibility, so it is important that you can work independently.

What You Will Do

  • Handling technical engagement with customer network operation.  
  • Customer Issue handling.  
  • Handling of dedicated support. 
  • Software Update Management (SUM) handling. 
  • System and patch upgrades. 
  • Support TSA delivery and Handling Customer Service Request (CSR). 
  • Customer network Ibase and Life Cycle Management monitoring.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, IT, Computers, or Networks pref.) or Equivalent. 
  • High level academic achievement (academic transcript or summary of results to date must be included. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of telecommunications networks and technologies. 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
