What does Euroz Hartleys offer graduates?

Starting your 12-month rotational graduate program at Euroz Hartleys means stepping into a growing business that supports its employees, clients and gives back to the local community. You’ll be an integral part of our dedicated team.  We pride ourselves on excellent service, creating value and delivering high quality results for our clients.

When you join as a new graduate you will be supported every step of the way including a comprehensive induction and training program.  Your assigned mentor will help guide and support you through your journey with Euroz Hartleys, whilst opening doors through our extensive WA network.

Each graduate will rotate through the different departments of our business:

  • Operations
  • Private Wealth
  • Institutional Sales
  • Research
  • Corporate Finance

The 2027 graduate program will commence around 11 January 2027 and runs for 12-months.

About you

You will be a recent graduate or currently undertaking your final year of study for a Bachelor, Honours or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field and will have:

  • eagerness to progress your professional career
  • ability to network and build relationships
