Are you a recent graduate (within the last two years) ready to launch your career in Tax? Join our Tax Graduate Rotation Programme in our Auckland office, starting 2 March 2026! This 12-month programme offers hands-on experience across different areas of Tax, working alongside inspiring professionals and building skills for a long-term career.

Through our coaching and training programmes, you’ll develop the skills you need to stay relevant today and, in the future, – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond. 

Who are we looking for? 

• Motivated, curious, and collaborative graduates 
• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar) preferred 
• Law graduates with an interest in Tax are also welcome 

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria: 

• You are currently in the final year of your degree programme, or
• You have graduated and it has been no more than 24 months since you completed your studies at the time of your application
