Are you a recent graduate (within the last two years) ready to launch your career in Tax? Join our Tax Graduate Rotation Programme in our Auckland office, starting 2 March 2026! This 12-month programme offers hands-on experience across different areas of Tax, working alongside inspiring professionals and building skills for a long-term career.  

We’ll empower you with the latest technology, surround you with high-performing teams, and provide the global scale and diverse and inclusive culture you need to discover your full potential. Through our coaching and training programmes, you’ll develop the skills you need to stay relevant today and, in the future, – all while building a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who will be on the journey with you at EY and beyond. 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Motivated, curious, and collaborative graduates 
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar) preferred 
  • Law graduates with an interest in Tax are also welcome 

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria: 

  • You are currently in the final year of your degree programme, or
  • You have graduated and it has been no more than 24 months since you completed your studies at the time of your application
