The Programme

The IGNITE Internship Program is a 12-week internship at FedEx, offering high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and practical skills to jumpstart their careers.  

Whether your interests lie in Operations, Customer Experience or Planning & Engineering, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one. 

What You’ll Gain:

Planning & Engineering (WFM)  

Assisting in monitoring and optimizing workforce utilization in real-time.

It also includes supporting location scheduling through Verint WFM and contributing to workforce reporting activities. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Preferred Background: Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/Management, Economics. 

We welcome students or recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds who are: 

• Available to join us in June 2025.
• Curious and eager to learn. 
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. 
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
