Job description - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role, you will receive hands-on training across all recruitment areas to help you grow in your consultant role.
You will work closely with the experienced recruitment team and support healthcare professionals in finding the right next step in their careers in Australia.

Key responsibilities - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
In this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role, your tasks will include:

• Nurturing existing relationships with clients and medical professionals in psychiatry
• Developing a deep understanding of the medical industry; especially in psychiatry
• Working closely with experienced 360-degree recruiters and current graduate trainee consultants
• Placing healthcare professionals in locum positions across Australia

There will be heaps of training to help you hit the ground running so a positive learning attitude is paramount!

Job requirements - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Educated to degree level OR 1-3 years of sales experience
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience with people and everyday life (e.g. work, sport, travel etc.)
• Energetic and positive attitude!
• A team player
• Willingness to learn
