13-Week Full-Time Paid Summer Internship at Hilton Foods - Starting 24th of November 2025.

Project: Developing an APAC Technology Strategy & Roadmap

Overview: Are you interested in the intersection of business strategy and technology? This internship offers the chance to work closely with our Senior Leadership teams on a meaningful project that will directly impact how Hilton Foods shapes its APAC tech future.

Over a 13-week full-time placement, you’ll help align our enterprise strategy with technology goals, working independently and collaboratively to build a clear, actionable tech strategy. This includes capturing insights from senior leaders, developing an operating model, and creating a strategic roadmap to prioritise key projects.

You won’t be going it alone—around 10 other interns from different disciplines will be joining at the same time from different areas around APAC region, each working on their own exciting projects. It’s a great chance to make new connections, learn how different parts of our business work, and see our values in action. You'll gain real-world experience with the potential to kick-start a future career with Hilton Foods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Executive Interviews: Gather insights from leadership to understand current strategies and aspirations.
2. Strategy Integration: Align multiple strategies into a unified, APAC-wide technology strategy.
3. Framework Design: Develop the initial structure for the technology strategy, including key pillars, goals, and priorities.
4. Create Operating Model: Build a scalable model that supports the delivery of the strategy across teams and regions.
5. Roadmap Development: Design a step-by-step roadmap, prioritising project phases and aligning them with business outcomes.
6. Final Deliverables: Produce a clear, concise strategy document, operating model, and roadmap that the business can use to drive action.

Goal:

By the end of this internship, you’ll have created a foundational technology strategy, operating model, and strategic roadmap—contributing directly to how Hilton Foods drives innovation and alignment across its APAC operations.

About You: We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and independent thinker who’s ready to take on a challenging and rewarding strategic project.

You’ll ideally have:
• Tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in Business, IT, Strategy, or a related discipline
• A strong interest in technology strategy, research, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence to lead interviews and present ideas
• Outstanding time management and self-leadership skills
• A critical thinker who thrives in unstructured problem-solving
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with frameworks like SWOT, PESTLE, or operating models is a plus
