2025 HSBC Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme (GBA YES)

If you're a Hong Kong resident who's recently graduated, this 18-month scheme offers the chance to gain valuable work experience, mobility to work in the Greater Bay Area, and tremendous scope to grow your professional network.

We know how important it is to have the right skills, both for your future and ours. By building this skillset now, we’ll help you develop the agility to keep learning new skills throughout your career.

Over the course of the 18 months, you’ll:

• Gain practical experience that will complement and build on your academic achievements
• Benefit from a mix of practical on-the-job training, technical skills-based learning and opportunities to enhance the behavioural and cognitive skills you’ll need throughout your career. Skills like analytical thinking and collaboration
• Apply your skills and knowledge in a way that adds real value to our business and the work of your team
• Have the chance to prove yourself and be considered for a permanent role with HSBC at the end of the scheme

To be eligible to apply, you’ll need to be:

• A Hong Kong resident aged 18 to 29 with the legal right to work in Hong Kong
• The holder of a sub-degree or above, in any study discipline, awarded by a recognised Hong Kong or overseas higher education institutions
• Available to start full-time work no later than the end of December 2025
