The Programme 

About the Team: 

The Market Strategy & Understanding (MSU) Service Line performs strategic research to deliver contextual understanding to help clients navigate dynamic markets.  

Our offer portfolio consists of strategic brand research as well as category & consumer fundamentals.  
We work with clients to understand the size and composition of a market as well as the segments/profiles/demand spaces therein.   

We also specialize in brand equity, brand assets, brand stretch and open category opportunities (e.g. whitespace).   

What You Will Do 

  • Support overall recruitment process. 
  • Assist in onboarding newcomers. 
  • Support in-house training programs. 
  • Assist in organizing company culture programs (e.g., company events).
  • Other HR admin tasks as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

What do I need to bring with me?   

  • Graduates and undergraduates are both welcome to apply. 
  • No grounds for disqualification for overseas travel.
  • Valid Korean passport (or permission to work in Korea). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of (or interest in) market research industry. 
  • Relevant experience preferred. 
  • Excellent writing, interpretation, and communication skills in both Korean and English. 
  • Advanced MS Office skills. 
  • Internship Conditions  
  • Duration: 3 months required. 
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:30 AM – 06:30 PM. 
  • Compensation: Disclosed at interview stage.
