  Lucid Consulting Australia is looking for a practical and ambitious graduate engineer join our dynamic team to start their engineering carrier in structural engineering.  Applicants are now open for graduates finishing their degree in 2025 and looking to start full time employment in early 2026.

  The position will be full time in our Perth CBD office. You will be mentored by industry leading engineers to understand and learn how to undertake the detailed structural engineering design on a wide range of real world structures. Types of projects you will be working on include Multi-story apartments and offices, large industrial facilities, defence projects, retail, hospitals, mining resource infrastructure and more.

  • Finishing Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Major) in 2025
  • Natural curiosity for the structural engineering world
  • Practical approach to engineering problems
  • Desire to learn and understand engineering principles
  • Perth-based.

  • Carry out the design and analysis of structural systems under support and mentoring
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients on diverse projects
  • Conduct site visits and support project delivery from concept to construction
