Mastery Program: A 12-month Journey to Build Retail Expertise 
 
What We Offer:

What You Will Do 

• Achieve monthly and annually by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge. 
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features. 
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to build strong loyalty, through regular use of client book. 
• Focus on selling and up selling. 
• Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs and meet or exceed their expectations. 
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display maintenance and stock rotation and participate in inventories. 
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. 
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
