We’re hiring four Graduate Analysts across three insight-driven teams. You’ll work hands-on with data - building models, writing reports and sharing insights that shape policy and services across Aotearoa.
We’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated and passionate about creating social impact, with a tertiary qualification in economics, statistics, operations research, or a related field. You should have experience (or strong willingness to learn) using econometric or statistical tools like SAS, SQL, R, Python or similar software, plus solid Excel skills for analysing data.
You’ll be confident with manipulating data, generating timely reports and translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for operational teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clearly and concisely are essential.

Stage 1: Application

If you progress past the video interview, you’ll be invited to complete cognitive testing before the final interview.

If all goes well, we’ll extend you an offer to join our team.
