What You Will Do 

  • Assist in conducting financial analysis and evaluation of potential investment opportunities. 
  • Prepare financial models and forecasts to support valuation and investment decisions. 
  • Assist in creating sensitivity analyses and scenario planning for financial models. 
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders involved in M&A deals and capital raising processes. 
  • Assist in conducting valuations of companies or assets using various valuation methodologies. 
  • Prepare valuation reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior team members. 
  • Support the due diligence process by reviewing financial documents and contracts. 
  • Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions. 
  • Prepare due diligence reports outlining key findings and recommendations. 
  • Assist in preparing presentations, financial documents, and pitch materials for capital raising activities. 
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential funding sources and financing options.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

We are looking for candidates who are completing or have completed their SAICA accredited Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting qualification.
