NALS

The Programme

NALS requires the services of a full time Engineer to manage the affairs of the service center (located at Coimbatore):

• The executive is expected to carry out service / repairs to this safety device (this is a mechanical device that weighs 20+ kg), inspect parts, replace if necessary and report findings on our ERP.
• Executive will handle Client Relationship with many customers across India who own this equipment and send them to NALS for annual service.
• The Service Engineer will report to the Senior Service Engineer.
• Hands on training will be provided for repair procedure, ERP, spare parts & inventory management, When the executive is confident enough, NALS will obtain "HRT Technician license" from USA for him.
• Candidate is expected to travel within India for carrying out on site service.
• NALS will also train the executive to engage in adventure activity (such as wall climbing) in order to understand the use of this device
• Additional scope based on interest - Operate & monitor climbing activity

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate will have at least a Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or EEE.  
• We prefer freshers although candidates with up to 2 years' experience in maintenance or repairs may apply.  
• Knowledge of English and computers will be an advantage. 
• As we are expecting to deal with clients from whole of India, Hindi speaking candidates will have an advantage. Please include your language skills in your CV.
