About Legal & Regulatory

The L&R business unit (L&R) helps navigate and shape nbn's evolving context to deliver outcomes for the business. We do this by providing expert legal and regulatory solutions, best practice governance and mature risk management in partnership across the company. Our function ensures the business can operate confidently and responsibly while navigating an evolving regulatory and commercial landscape.

What's in it for you?

You will work closely with lawyers, regulatory advisors, risk and compliance specialists, and business stakeholders to help manage and improve the work of the team. Because we work across the business unit, you'll be exposed to the wide range of functions we encompass. You'll have the opportunity to be part of initiatives that modernise legal operations, improve efficiency, and drive smarter, more scalable ways of working.

What we look for in a graduate

We're looking for graduates who are interested in how legal operations, governance, compliance, and policy come together to keep a large organisation running well. Because so much of our work is focused on legal issues, a law degree, or a demonstrated interest in law will be very helpful: but curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for problemโ€‘solving matter more.

We welcome degrees in Law, Business, Commerce, Administration, and Arts โ€“ especially people with an interest in policy, governance, or understanding how organisations work.
