Program Overview 

Our 6-week internship is designed to give you insight into how we work, what we value, and where your skills could take you. You’ll build confidence, learn from your team and get hands-on experience in your chosen business area - all in a supportive and structured environment.  

During the program, you’ll:  

• Join a cohort of interns and take part in a tailored onboarding experience  
• Be matched with a buddy and supported by your team from day one  
• Get hands-on with tasks relevant to your area of study and interest  
• Learn through our online platform, with access to business, technical and professional development content  
• Hear from leaders and take part in internal learning sessions  
• Join volunteering, networking and social events to help you connect and get involved 

About the Role 

As a Business & Functional Analyst intern, you will be translating business needs into clear, structured solutions while supporting the delivery of Microsoft-based platforms such as Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Day to day, you’ll balance collaboration with your role by using tools like Power BI, Excel, and low-code platforms to support while balancing intern cohort projects and development.
