Program Overview 

Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting on 15 March 2027, is designed to build your capability, confidence and career momentum from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on role and client experience, supported by technical training and certifications, professional capability development, and exposure to strategic partners. Alongside a connected ANZ graduate cohort experience and personalised development pathways, the program is designed to help you grow and thrive in your first full-time role.

About the role: 

As a data analytics & AI graduate, you will be building strong foundations in data engineering and AI while contributing to the development of data-driven and automation-focused solutions. You will work with datasets to clean, transform, and analyse data, while also supporting the development of AI-driven workflows, models, and agent-based systems. Day to day, you’ll balance structured delivery work with experimentation, collaborating across teams to solve real-world problems and progressively taking on more ownership of technical components. High performers are curious, proactive, and focused on understanding both the technical and business context, applying their skills to create practical, scalable solutions. Over time, success is defined by your ability to deliver high-quality data and AI solutions, adapt to rapidly evolving technologies, and communicate insights effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
