Program Overview 

Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting on 15 March 2027, is designed to build your capability, confidence and career momentum from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on role and client experience, supported by technical training and certifications, professional capability development, and exposure to strategic partners. Alongside a connected ANZ graduate cohort experience and personalised development pathways, the program is designed to help you grow and thrive in your first full-time role.

About the role: 

As a security engineer graduate, you will be developing strong cyber security operations capabilities while actively contributing to the protection and monitoring of client environments. You will support activities such as alert monitoring, incident response, service request management, and maintaining security tools, gaining hands-on experience with real-world systems and threats. Day to day, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing proactive monitoring with reactive incident handling while continuously building your technical expertise. High performers demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, and ownership, taking initiative to understand risks, improve processes, and upskill in evolving technologies. Over time, success is defined by your ability to effectively identify and respond to security incidents, communicate clearly under pressure, and become a reliable and trusted member of the security operations team.
