  • A starting salary of $78,000 (inclusive of superannuation and ICP) plus additional perks

Upon completing the program, you will specialize in the following solution:  

  • Internal Audit & Financial Advisory (IAFA) – an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organisation's operations. It evaluates the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes to help the organisation achieve its objectives.  

 

What you’ll do: 

As a Business Graduate Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.  

  • Planning and scoping project objectives  
  • Conducting research and fieldwork to diagnose business issues  
  • Documenting insights and forming recommendations  
  • Preparing deliverables for clients 

 

What we are looking for:

We are seeking graduates who are eager to learn, grow and make an impact.

 

To be eligible, you’ll need:  

  • This role is only open to Australian citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (baseline, NV1)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline  
  • To have completed your degree within the last two years  
  • Availability to start full-time work in early 2026  

 

Desirable qualities:  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges  
  • Prior work experience or internships in professional services or a related field
