What You Will Do

• Support General Services Supervisor in day-to-day activity. 
• Perform annual asset physical checking. 
• Update asset database into asset management system based on physical checking result. 
• Support the General Services team in daily administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduate/final year student. 
• Willing to do full WFO (5x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta. 
• Familiarity with computer software. 
• Excellence in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point). 
• Excellence in verbal and written communication skills. 
• Fluent in English 
• Having skills in design is an added value 
• Committed to do 6 months internship period.
