A career in our Accounting Solution team, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their accounting function through unique but ever-changing accounting specialties. 
 
Our team provides our clients with outsourced accounting based on their niche and business needs. 

Your responsibility includes:

• Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner. 
• Prepare management reports and other accounts related matters, including AP, AR, FA, GL. 
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries. 
• Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with local accounting requirements. 
• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a client’s account and timelines. 
• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment. 
• Liaison with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries. 
• Generation of monthly billings to clients and monitor collections.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Recognized University Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification or related discipline. 
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience.  
• Open to fresh graduates as well. 
• Must be familiar with accounting standards and framework such as MFRS, MPERS, etc. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software. 
• Excellent teamwork and client handling skills. 
• Well organized, able to multitask and priorities portfolios. 
• Experience in outsourcing environment an added advantage
