The Programme
As Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will be providing essential support to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team by playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, while also acquiring essential skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to become a successful SCM leader in the future.
Build knowledge on the Rebisco Group of Companies’ core business through:
- Attending an orientation conducted by Rebisco University via SPARK to have a firm understanding of how the company / industry operates.
- Rotating within SCM’s functional groups for a certain time period to build exposure. These functional groups include:
- Supply Network Planning.
- Strategic Materials, General Materials, and Services.
- Distribution Center Management.
- Order Management and Customer Service.
- Sales, Marketing, and Operations Planning.
- Participating in various meetings with management and staff members across different departments to provide input and help achieve company goals.
- Collaborating with SCM leaders to master all operational facets and key functions of SCM by accomplishing the deliverables assigned by SCM leaders.
- Preparing SCM data and evaluation reports to identify areas for improvement and propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Assisting the SCM Head in daily management of tasks to gain hands-on experience.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Graduate of any business or engineering course (SCM/Operations/Logistics or related courses preferable).
- Applicants who graduated with Latin honors are an advantage.
- Leadership in co-curricular activities is an advantage.
- Possesses knowledge in Category Management, Demand Management and Planning, Distributor Management / Route-To-Market (RTM), Material Requirements Planning, Supply Network Planning.
- Willing to do fieldwork / official business trips.
- Willing to be assigned to Novaliches, Quezon City.
