The 2027 Payments Settlements Graduate Program with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is a two-year program that provides comprehensive training and development designed to progress your career.
Our Graduates contribute to the RBA’s management and operation of critical financial infrastructure for the Australian economy.
You'll be part of the core RBA Graduate Program and complete a structured training program alongside graduates across the Bank, while gaining dedicated Payments Settlements training and development.
Our Graduates contribute to the RBA’s management and operation of critical financial infrastructure for the Australian economy. The role of the Payments Settlements Business Analyst Graduate at the RBA is varied and challenging with a key focus on the delivery of high-quality business and functional specification documents for enhancements to RITS and other payment systems.
You will be working as part of an integrated team of developers, testers, operations specialists and business staff. You will be involved in a diverse range of projects developing skills and experience in the design and implementation of business solutions.
You will be supported by experienced senior business analysts and payment experts to develop skills and experience that will help you achieve your career ambition.
