• Master Data review to identify clean up. 
• DCX improvement (website update, SCT update, tools update product selectors, configurators, etc.). 
• Promotion and campaign performance tracking. 
• Delivery tracking and ETA improvement. 
• Pricing & Availability questions. 
• Key offers performance tracking. 
• Market intel consolidation (competitor pricing, promotions, etc.).
