The Programme

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our People Team. 

In this role, you will work closely with different business teams to understand their hiring needs and support the recruitment process with efficiency. 

About the Team:

The People team plays a crucial organizational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. 

People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

What You Will Do

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. 
• Facilitate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Agency Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. 
• Monitor agency performance to ensure service quality meets business expectations.

Contract Management:

• Oversee contract lifecycle management together with the legal team, including negotiation, and execution of agreements with agencies. 
• Ensure contract compliance and handle any necessary revisions or renewals.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Comfortable with a 6-month contract work arrangement.
