The Programme

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic.

The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. 

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

What You Will Do

• Manage and drive relationship with payment gateway partners, commercial partners and regulators. 
• Analyze, recommend and drive initiatives/ enhancements for ShopeePay businesses. 
• Ensure regular business reporting and analyses are executed to a high standard (e.g. performance tracking, competitor analyses, operational efficiencies) on a weekly basis. 
• Lead the incubation (launch and operationalization) of new functions for launches of new services. 
• Support design of marketing campaigns with other team leads. 
• Plan, project and track budget spend for marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant disciplines. 
• Work experience either in project management, digital / startup industry, or has passion in the e-commerce industry. 
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. 
• High energy level and strong drive towards creating impact. 
• Self-starter with strong analytical & logical reasoning skills. 
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. 
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior management.
